For those who are Struggling !!!

i was told when i started " Just Be Patient " , you didnt put the weight on over night , so its not gonna come off over night .. Be consistant and work hard ... I will happen !!!

    Craig, very true....only wish it came off as quickly as seems to go on!!! But yes you have to be patient. Keep a good attitude! A little hard work will go a long way! Remember a small loss is better than no loss! And if you are working out, the scale may not move but if your clothes are fitting better you are doing something right!!
