I changed the title a bit so everyone feels welcome no matter what version they are using or what challenge they are doing. Since I am getting back on track I need you all more then every! The more the better :flowerforyou:

    Morning All....had an ok workout...ankles still not letting me do a whole lot but did good.

    Workout 16 (easy):32 min, had to skip a few

    But will get better...Took me almost three years to finally getting in shape...Nothing is going to stop me (unless I brake something) LOL

    Just finished workout 32 of 36!! Week 8...phase 3 of Medium male trainer (EA Sport Active 2) PLUS all missed workouts made up!! :)

    EA TIME: 41:14
    CAL BURNED: 283.6 (EA SPORT HRM)
    AV HR: 130
    MAX HR: 181

    PLUS: a little extra :)
    EA TIME: 5:30
    CAL: 32.2

    13+ lbs lost (hoping I can say closer to 15 lbs at tomorrow's weigh in!! ) :wink:
    .....and since I didn't take measurements, my top 3 reasons I feel it's working for me!! (along with the support of my "pals" and this website..of course!)

    #3.....WAY less jiggling during FOOT FIRES!!
    #2.....No longer the major fat rolls around the EA leg monitor!!
    .....and my #1 reason.....
    The reason I had to stop during MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS and SKIPPING today was NOT because I couldn't handle the exercise BUT because the ONLY thing holding up my pants was the EA leg monitor NOT my belly, hips and booty!! :):laugh: teehee!

    Keep up the hard work....this wii "game" is working! :bigsmile:

    Now question! Any suggestions what to do next with it?! Anyone finish a 9 week yet?! What did you do next with EA Sports?! :huh: THANKS!! :flowerforyou:

    A lot of arm raises and they are sore. I can see my benifits paying off. Looking forward to tomorrow's exercise.

    I have lost lbs but no where near as many cal burned as you. i am only at 3,245 burned. I think it is because of this website that I have lost so much. 11 lbs so far. I have female trainer and on easy Love MFP

    Just started this as a supplement to my other workouts. I am dong Day 2/3 today to make up for my missed days on Tuesday!
