8 week challenge! Who's in?

I've decided to start my own challenge. If you'd like to join me, that would be great. The more the merrier!

Here are the details: Start date: Friday March 3rd
End date : Friday April 28th

Goal: work out at least 4 days a week for 1 hour.

Post your starting stats and then post your ending stats. I'm going to try not to look at the scale during this 8 weeks and hopefully surprise myself.

Here goes nothing!

Start weight: 177

start measurements: Waist: 36
Hips: 43
bust: 42.5

    I started walking yesterday... did and hour and then did an hour and ten minutes today. Four days a week sounds reasonable but I don't think I can not look at the scale.

    I will join your challenge. I just started using this application but think it will be very helpful. My wife and I are going on vacation in May and my goal is to lose 20 lbs before then. This might be the additional motivation I need.

    I'd love to join it! I am doing Turbo Fire and some weight training and running as well. My normal weigh in day is Friday anyway. How exciting!!! I will post my stats tomorrow. :)

    My starting weight is 205 and my goal is to lose 15lbs in the next 8 weeks. I weigh in on Fridays so, it works great for me :)

    Count me in, the 30th is my birthday which was already my target weight day. Might just give me that extra push to get maximum weight loss. Gonna cheat tho 5 workouts at 40min, will post my stats tomorrow morning

    Ok, I'm in. I've just checked my work roster and I think for the next 8 weeks I can fit in at least 4 visits to the gym a week. I have to work it on my days off as before or after a 12 hours shift I'm no good to man nor beast.

    Is there any other guidelines I need to stick to?

    no other guidelines. do your best with the 4 days a week 1 hour a day thing and we'll see what happens at the end.:happy:

    Total lost: 0 lbs. but 1.5 inches ( I was on vacation last week so I think this is pretty good!)
