I'm just curious...while I am a fan of MFP on FB...why would people post over there when there is sooo much activity over here on these boards??

Am I missing something?

    I think it might be because many are on facebook for social media networking and part of their business so they like to keep in touch and receive daily support from within that community as well. I know I myself am not able to be on here as often and I am well connected within FB. With that said anyone feel free to "like" my page as well at facebook.com/ColleenLInderFitness CHEERS!!

    I dont even get on FB anymore!! This is my site for life!!! my weight my health,my body is what is important to me , not that day to day drama this man that girl ,who sleeping with who, who is taken a dump ,who miss there boo!!! Iam so done ,HECK I need to have postive feed back!! And my family on MFP is just that!!
