I would like to recommend roasted red pepper spinach and chicken sausage.
120 calories
1 carb
5 fat
15 protein

Hope somebody tries it!

Those sound good, but I really like these - Applegate Farms all natural uncured beef hot dogs. 70 cals, 6g fat, 0g carbs, 6g protein. Really awesome when you're craving that hot dog!
  • where did you find those?

I also buy Brat Hans chicken sausages at Whole Foods. I get the mild Italian chicken for 140 cal per link. They are pretty good and they have a bunch of different flavors of chicken and pork sausage. I individually wrap them and keep them in the freezer, they are great to have on hand. Just added a link to some homemade pizza last night.
