Today I am on day 40 of the Shred, and between the nursery and school run 3 yes 3 people came up to me and asked if I had lost weight and told me how good I was looking - I briefly thought OMG how big had I let myself go! but then thought to hell with it I am looking better, I have lost weight and wow - people who I dont know that well are noticing
