Sometimes i run out of ideas for lunch so i drink two cans of V8 juice (30 calories each) with a couple crackers and a wedge of laughing cow cheese, i am pretty satisfied with it but wonder if my weight is not budging because of the sodium in the juice. any advise would be appreciated. thank you

are you drinking the low sodium version of it? still tastes great but regardless it has alot of sodium. drink lots of water as well to flush it out.

Hi, any chance of making your daily food log available for viewing? Also, when you say your weight isn't budging, are we talking in a weeks time, a months time or just a day or two?

They definitely have lots of sodium.....I usually drink the Genesis Today Veggie Blast, has lower sodium and taste better than V8

Faerie - I went and checked the nutritional labels...and it is indeed better than V8. I'm going to have to give this a try! Thanks

The downside...only walmart carries it in my area. Boo!
