English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich
2 Scrambled Egg Whites
1 Tablespoon of Salsa
1 Thomas' - Double Fiber, Honey Wheat English Muffin

Scramble up some egg whites, cover in salsa and put is all on an English Muffin. Sweet, spicy and filling (with all that fiber)! I can't think of a better breakfast.
