Hey guys, I am new to this forum. I started the app about a week ago and have already lost 5 lbs. Calorie counting really makes you see how many calories I was eating a day. So far I have been ok with eating my portions and exercising. I was amazed on how perfect this app is. I mean you can even customize it. :happy: If anyone is looking for a weight loss friend let me know
