Check out Hungry-girl.com There are lots of low cal/carb/sodium recipes there and or they are good. You can also google low cal/fat or sodium recipes and they will pop right up! It also helps to look at your friends' diaries to see what they eat to get you started. Good luck!

Hi, Reva!! Good luck to you! I know you will be able to do it! My best friend, using myfitnesspal, has lost 48 pounds since, I think, June? and is doing great!!! She is my motivation right now. One of the google sites I have found with tons of healthy recipes and ideas is "south beach century club recipes", from people that have lost 100 or more pounds. You click on one of the many choices, i.e. beverages, main dishes, desserts, crockpot recipes, side dishes, vegetables, etc, then you get lists of all the names of the recipes, click on the name, and the recipe will come up. One of the things you might also want to remember, when deciding what to eat, is "keep it fresh". Fresh veggies, fresh fruit should be 3/4 of the plate. Protein should be 1/4. The carbs should come from the fresh veggies or the fat-free, or low-fat dairy. Hope all this helps! Best of luck!!:flowerforyou:
