i remember putting my daughter in that vibrating chair & i'd do my reebok step tape with her watching me. she'd crack up at mommy jumping around crazy. and i bet holding her in your arms & pushing her up in the air & back down will work your arms
  • I've heard about running strollers, maybe one of those would do you good?

I have a regular one, sometimes we have a walk , before doing exercise I should learn to eating healty
  • Not sure if you're into baby wearing, but there's an exercise listed 'walking carrying an infant or 15lbs'. I have a 2yr old and have finally found the umph I needed to get of my lingering pregnancy weight. Good luck!
