I have yet to eat the 1260 calories recommended for me. I have only ate 710 today. But, I'm not hungry. Plus I've burned over 200 calories from just some leisurely walking with my hunny and a playful time with my little sister. What do you guys suggest I do? Make myself eat the rest of my calories or what? I'm so confused.

When i'm in that position I try to eat a high calorie healthy snack. Try nuts, bananas, avacado, and whole milk

Well, I don't understand not being hungry on 710 calories, I am always hungry with 1600, but if you're trying to lose weight, I'd say listen to your body and don't eat anymore. I don't think you are going to go into starvation mode if you feel full all the time.

no its ok. i wouldnt force feed yourself. it'll just make your stomach upset and you'll feel sluggish. listen to your body. it'll tell you if it needs calories/food. there is nothing that says you MUST eat all those calories. you'll be fine.

I don't understand not being hungry either. But, I talked to my doctor about this last week because this happens ever so often. He said that it's perfectly normal especially if you've had a few high calorie days before. Your body is still running off those days as well. I went over my calories yesterday and the day before so I "assume" that's why I'm not hungry right now.

Once in a great while I'll be in the same boat, just no appetite. I don't force myself to eat, I just forget it and move on to the next day. However, be very careful and don't let it happen often. If you're finding it hard to eat your alloted calories, do as others have suggested and eat higher-calorie foods such as peanut butter or almonds.
