Hey everyone I'm from San Diego and I just joined today. I'm hoping to lose at least 55lbs! My friend showed me the Android app which led me to this site. We are each others motivation. Feeling good so far!

welcome.... im just 1 week in here... MFP is so addicting:) i lost 2 lbs in just a week of healthy eating... i started exercising just 15 minutes- 30 minutes a day...0
