I'm posting this again today.
I've decided to start my own challenge. If you'd like to join me, that would be great. The more the merrier!
Here are the details: Start date: Friday March 4th
End date : Friday April 29th
Goal: work out at least 4 days a week for 1 hour.
Post your starting stats and then post your ending stats. I'm going to try not to look at the scale during this 8 weeks and hopefully surprise myself.

Start weight: 177
start measurements: Waist: 36
Hips: 43
bust: 42.5

I've already said I'm in, I just need to get my measurements and such. I ordered a fancy new scale last night that I can weigh myself consistently on. Every scale I've been using is so off from the next it's ridiculous...0
