Hi everyone

I am a newbie and have been recommended to join this site, any tips on weight loss would be very much appreciated.

    Keep journaling your food good and bad and remember it's one day at a time. When you have a bad day you work hard the next day to a very good day........you can do this and we are all here to help........

    Yes logging in daily is great, it keeps you accountable. I also try to get in some exercise every day, even if it is just a short 20 minute walk. It is good just to get into a routine. Try to keep unhealthy foods out of the house, minimize dining out if you can, eat as many natural, non-processed foods as possible, watch your sodium, and drink plenty of water. Good luck to you!!
