Hi Everyone, Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Joanne and I signed up on Tuesday. I've always had to watch my weight and I have now found the perfect site. I weigh 158lbs and I would love to drop to 140lbs.
I use to get bored with working out the cals and fat intake on food and then writing in my notebook !!!!! Thankfully it's all done for you on here, I love it.
So far so good, I have been under my daily allowances every day, but no weight loss as yet, I know it's still early days tho....

Welcome!
My starting weight was also 158 and now after two months I'm down to 146! Just stick with it and that weight will melt off0
