I just started 30 day shred last night. I confused as to how to enter this in as exercise so i put it as 10m weight and 20m of high aerobics can anyone help so that I can log it correctly. Thanks

It would be a lot easier if you just used a HRM. Thats how i log the exact calories burnt and manually enter it.

i log mine as circuit training, general. i've heard from people with HRM's that it comes to about the same logging it that way as they get. :o) good luck! i LOVE the shred!

I log it as 20 minutes "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort"

A HRM is best - I was doing it as circuit training - MFP under estimated my calories by almost half once I got a HRM. However, I'd rather it underestimate than OVER estimate how many calories burned! :)
  • I use my hrm and enter it as circuit training.

Now, I know there are three levels but how do you determine when its time to move to the next level? I am on day 3.
