Good Morning!
My name is Rain. I'm a 34 Single Father from Oregon. I'm a full time Student/Employee who canceled my MFP Account a while ago. While here the first time I lost over 50 pounds. Life became to much and I gave up.
I have near zero social life because I'm in school daily from 9am - noon and work from 3p - 10p. (Then on top of that I have homework). I sleep a little, and lately I've had SO MUCH homework I haven't been able to eat right (or even shop for the foods I should be eating). It's been a drive-thru diet (and while I'm still avoiding dairy, condiments and soda) it's still JUNK.
SO, I'm back. I'm shooting for 5%-8% body fat and to get my flexibility back. I'm a dancer and martial artist with a side of gymnast. I'm also a DJ who loves to sing.
I'm here to succeed! I will not fail. I'm here to stay!

thats a busy life - hang in there. it will be worth it.
i suggest cooking a ton of stuff on the weekend. cook up some chicken breasts, rice, cut up some fresh veggies. you could even go as far as making pre-meals in tupperware or baggies. then each morning, grab your food for the day. it's a bit of a pain on the weekend to do this, but it does help a lot! cuts down on time and eliminates the knee jerk reaction to hit the local drive through.
if in a pinch - even try some protein bars or meal replacement drinks.
good luck0 -

Hey Rain,
I'm a second timer as well. Im also in Oregon by Portland! Welcome back. The grass is greener on THIS side of the fence, I promise... As far as shopping, I have this problem as well. So I try like 30 minute shopping trips with a list. I have to do them more often but it doesnt kill my whole night routine. Or try a weekend. I have a son with Autism so often 30 minutes is the most I get in a store (on a good day) to get what I need and get out. Oh and dear God, please don't let there be a long line, or slow clerk...LOL. I have learned to pick out some of the slowest clerks in my local stores, after I have a mini meltdown of my own. Keep tracking!!!0 -
Sounds like you had some success here before, and you will again! Welcome back and good luck!0

I will shoot for weekends. I work 6 days a week and usually have homework those days as well.
Oh the joys of student life. It will be worth it. At least that's what I keep telling myself.0 -
I did a similar thing only in reverse. I went to school full time at night and worked full time in the day. It can be done. You can do it.0
