Where do you find erythritol for sweetening those once-in-a-while items? Can you find it at the supermarket or health food store, or will I need to buy it online?

Hi, I'm not sure, but I was wondering why you want a sugar alcohol to sweeten once-in-a-while things? Why not just use sugar? Erythritol has some seriously unpleasant side effects for some people.0

Online is usually a good bet. I found it here: http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/gi/o.htm?zi=1/XJ&zTi=1&sdn=lowcarbdiets&cdn=health&tm=10&gps=396_771_1655_852&f=10&su=p284.9.336.ip_p674.8.336.ip_&tt=11&bt=1&bts=0&st=31&zu=http://www6.netrition.com/sensato_erythritol.html0

Yeah, really. If it's just once in a while it's not going to impact your weight loss. Plus, if it's baked goods you really need real sugar to get the proper chemical reactions to have whatever it is turn out properly.0
