Microwave potato for approx 10 mins.
Once cooked, peel the potato and cut into quarters. This'll make it crispy.
Place on a foiled baking tray sprayed with fry light (1 cal per spray)
Spray potato quarters with fry light and season with salt and paper.
Place in oven on about 220 degrees C for about 15 mins or until brown and crispy.
You can have that roast dinner after all!

Same calories as a normal potato so 21 cals per ounce. An average potato is about 8 / 9 ounces so 168-189 cals (when cut into quarters this equals 4 roasts). You could count the fry light too but for 1 cal per spray I don't bother!0
