Hey!
I guess all of you know the importance of the beat in music and I've realize that I burn much more calories the days the music has a high rhytm.
What songs would you recommend me? I need help, please!
Thanks!

Outkast- B.O.B. ALWAYS gets me going!
And other music I wouldn't normally listen to, like Top 40 music.
Firework- Katy Perry
50 Cent
Paul Oakenfold
P!nk0 -
I would suggest The Firebird Band and The Prairie Cartel.
Also, if you have a Mac, there is a piece of software call Tangerine that will categorize your library by BPM. It's $25, but if that is something that is important to you, it may be worth it.

This website has a lot of good workout music http://www.buzzle.com/articles/best-workout-music2010.html
I can't take credit for it, someone posted it on another workout thread last week. So good I bookmarked it.0 -

Yet another reason I want a Mac. This sounds like a really great program, because I try to find songs with a BPM over 140 for my cardio, but find that I only have a limited number of them. I wonder if there is anything similar for us old-fashioned PC users, lol.0 -

My Favorite Workout Song EVER! Anything From Outkast Is Amazing0 -
I just bought a couple of "The Biggest Loser" work out cd's with top 40 remixes that seem to be ok. They were only $5 each so cheap enough! I also like Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga - anything with a good beat to keep me moving!0

Thanks a lot! I really need it0

Agreed with a lot of the above! Some good ones for me lately are:
Born This Way - Lady Gaga
Thriller/Heads Will Roll - Mashup from GLEE a week or two ago (it was awesome)
Touch - Natasha Bedingfield
Break Your Heart - Taio Cruz
My Name is Jonas/Pork and Beans - Weezer (for a good push - I think both of these are quite a bit above 140 bpm)0 -
