I am training to do a 10k, done 5k which was good, hadn't ran since i left school, but was fantastic feeling crossing the finishing line and have been talked into the 10k this time. My tips if your not used to running do walking and running combined.

Good luck on the 10K..We have something like that coming up but I dont think I'm ready for it.
I think I could walk and run it but deffinetly not run the entire time.
