Hey all!
I am new here and just wanted to say hello.
I started my weight loss and exercise program on March 1.
Yep! Just this week.
So far so good and I am proud of myself.

I hope you all are working hard toward your goal.
I know there will be good days and not-so-good days when I will have to say to myself "I will do better tomorrow" and let it go.
My goal is to lose 75-80 lbs which is like having an 8yo climb down off my back...which will be nice.
I have a wedding to go to in Nov. and would like to look nice.
I also have my daughter's Winter Ball in Dec. to look nice for and those are my motivations.
I even have a pic of the dress I need to buy to wear to both posted here next to my computer to keep my focused on my goal. I would LOVE to order the dress in a size 14 but we will see how close to my goal I get by then.

good luck on your journey, you have given me an idea - why don't we insert a picture of that item of clothing we want to wear as our picture identifiers - then the target is always in front of us when we log on.0

Good luck. I have been off sugar and soda for 3 months or so and today is my 28th day of my 100 days of walking/jogging on the treadmill for 4 miles. I just joined this site today so welcome!0

kayaking for the first time with my son in Cuba last summer - couldn't have lasted longer than the hour hired - must have burned some cals then.
I'll be looking out for your weight loss successes too0 -
