OMG, I will feel it in the morn!!!!
But I did it and all the way through with out slowing down

Yeah, that's awesome! Beachbody workouts are awesome. Once that one gets easier, then try the Slim Series, lots and lots of squats!!!

I am going to do this every other day to start and continue my walks around the neighbor hood, and no, it is not a level neighbor hood. I have hills.

I love the Slim & 6 pack, it's a great quick ab routine! My Mom's favorite though is the Slim & Limber... she has fibromyalgia and she says that helps her so much with keeping flexible! Try that and see if the stretching helps the soreness!
