OMG, I will feel it in the morn!!!!

But I did it and all the way through with out slowing down
20 minutes of phase 1.

I feel so great about it.

    Yeah, that's awesome! Beachbody workouts are awesome. :smile: Once that one gets easier, then try the Slim Series, lots and lots of squats!!!

    I am going to do this every other day to start and continue my walks around the neighbor hood, and no, it is not a level neighbor hood. I have hills.

    I just really feel good about this and now that I am finally listening to everyone on here and doing it, I feel even better.

    I love the Slim & 6 pack, it's a great quick ab routine! My Mom's favorite though is the Slim & Limber... she has fibromyalgia and she says that helps her so much with keeping flexible! Try that and see if the stretching helps the soreness!
