Hello, I joined yesterday and am already finding this site useful. I have a very long road to travel. I enjoy hearing and seeing the success stories. I pray I will be adding to them soon.

    Hello, well as you put it I too am new today to this site. I want to thank the creator, wow it counted my input today that is awesome. I myself have a long road to travel loosing weight and really feel this site and the support of others will be helpful for me to succeed. I struggled tonight trying to fix 400 calories dinner anyone have any simple suggestions. Thanks for reading my post...
