Today is the DAY! Post your current weight as of March 4, 2011 or March 5, 2011. Today is also the day to calculate your chocolate servings and report them to your captain! As a reminder, here are the captains...

    I want to join!! What is weigh in day and what are the rules, etc?!? Only my husband and my friends on here know what I weigh but here goes.....my current weight is 345.

    I dont think anything i had counted as a chocolate bar only cereal kind of ones.
    loss this week 4lb so cw now 171lb :)

    Mini Goal: 160 by May 1 2011
    Goal Weight: 150 by July 1 2011

    Lost 2 lbs this week but did have one piece (bliss) of chocolate. (not a chocolate bar but still....chocolate....my downfall!)

    I didn't know about the chocolate rule.... does fake chocolate count? I can't have the milk in real chocolate, so I only have fake chocolate.....

    Didn't lose any weight as I thought that would be the case having lost so much the week before but i've lost inches on my body due to exercising.

    Had no chocolate though.

    still 143lbs

    My proper weigh in though is Monday for me so I may lose some then.

    Gained weight and I had chocolate for two days at the end of the week. I am sorry for letting my teM down this week, but today is a new day and it starts a new week. I can do better because I will do better!
