Fat grams

please some one help me! I can only have 57 grams of fat during the course of a day....HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO THAT! I NEED POINTERS, I AM NOT A NUTRITION EXPERT, I JUST WANT TO LOSE THE FAT!!! :grumble:

    Its easy! Stick to chicken breast and turkey and other lean meats, no fast food....eat good fats ur body needs fat....now u wanna lose fat, cut sugar!

    absolutely...with lots of greens, beans, clear soups, and fruit/veggies. It's really about cutting out the bad stuff. Very do-able :smile:

    Yes, lean protein, limit things like cheese, mayo, butter and cream sauces, use low fat or non-fat milk & yogurt, etc. Your fats should come from healthy sources like avocado, olive oil, almonds, peanut and almond butter, salmon, etc.

    You can do it!! Don't dwell on what you can not have. Start researching, on the good stuff you can have. It will take time to look it up and you will be focusing on what you can have.
