Can someone please tell me exactly where you measure to measure your waist? I've had conflicting answers. LOL Thank you.

I usually just measure the smallest part of my torso! I've never really thought about it actually!0

i measure where my hands hit my waist when I "put my hands on my waist" if that makes sense. it is the natural place that my hands automatically land every time. And it is the smallest part of my turso.0

I was told to stand in front of a mirror and bend to the side. The spot where you pivot is your waist line, for some it's an inch above the belly button, for some it's more like 2 inches. And try to measure at that same spot each time with comfortable underwear but nothing really tight or really baggy that would distort the measurement. Hope that helps.0

You are suppose to measure at your belly button.0

I always measure around my belly button. Not sure if this is right or not. I think you could probably measure wherever you want, just be sure to measure around the exact same place everytime. I like around my belly button because it gives me a point of reference. I have a mole on my arm that I use for reference too:) I would say whatever works for you! Good luck!0
