i cant seem to stick to a diet. i will try this.

I don't diet well, but I am able to put calories and watch what I eat. this fitness pal, very interesting and helpful. hang in there.:)0

if you dont mind a suggestion, try not to think of it as a diet, a diet implies that you are denying yourself things and that leads to binging and whatnot. try to think of it like a life style change, and just keep track of what you eat while eating you favorite food, only less of them. that is the only way it has worked for me. i have lost more weight here doing this than anything else. good luck on your journey! this is a great place to find people who are going through the same hardships as you and offer a great support system.
