    Welcome.

Read through all the message forums. There is some very good advice on them.

Don't be afraid to ask for advice (but try to see if the question has been already answered before in the message forums).

Hi, great to have you. This is a great tool to track your calories and exercise. It makes it fun to loose weight and meet your health goals.

Welcome! Its fun and a journey we all do together .. don't be afraid to ask for support or motivation! We work as a team and it feels great when you know someone else feels the same as you do.
    Enjoy!
  • My only advice is to be honest. You're only cheating yourself by skipping exercise too often or fudging your diary. It might look better on paper but you won't see the results you're looking for AND you won't have a real record of where you went wrong.

It was hard for me at first and I hid my diary to make myself more likely to be honest (I saw some pretty rude comments on people's diaries.) But now that I'm into the journey I've opened up my diary as motivation to not just eat less but to eat smart. =] GOOD LUCK! This is a really great website and community.
  • Just got started today.. I only have a little calories left and its only 3:45. This will be quite the journey :)
