I've been using My Fitness Pal for almost a year now. and find my biggest problem is motivation to get up, and get moving. if there is anyone on here that lives in Hamilton, Ontario, and could use, or wouldn't mind a walking buddy. please feel free to contact me.

    Well I don't live there, but would be happy to support you on here....some times just checking in with some one (or a group of people) who are trying to lose weight too helps.

    Hey.. I live near Hamilton and also require alot of motivation.. Rainy crappy weather right now, but soon I will be heading in regularly to do the stairs.. It's an amazing workout and very low impact actually. I started doing them last year and got hooked. So I don't know where you are in Hamilton, but wouldn't mind the company either..
