What is a good exercises to tone/tighten your arms and stomach???

    Arms: tricep kickbacks and dips, bicep curls, and pushups
    Abs: all variations of crunches

    before I started doing them I had no idea they work your ab's! When I started I couldn't do them. I did some wall ones, now I've graduated to "girl" ones and I am up to 20 of them. I do 20 after every workout!! and 20 jumpin jacks! =)

    Invest in a 10 or 15 lb kettlebell. Cardio and strength training at the same time with one piece of equipment. Tones arms and great for the core!

    #1 DIET - Abs are made in the kitchen

    For arms and shoulders, I do pull ups, dips, pushups, curls with heavy weights, shoulder press with heavy weights

    For abs, I do full situps and planks...crunches are pretty much useless
