I made my goal of 171 lbs
I did have ONE chocolate/peanut butter cookie earlier in the week. Just wasn't even thinking.
However, I did step away from the oreos several times this week :laugh:

I was going for 1 lb. and I lost 2. I had a very small bite of a brownie, although I wanted to the whole thing. My goal for next week is 2 lbs. I weigh 218 this morning.0

You guys, I'm soooo surprised that I was able to drop 3 lbs in one week. Since I've been sick I don't know if it was due to that, but I ate every single day my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I didn't think I could lose even one lb and I saw u girls putting that u wanted to lose 2 a week and I thought u guys were nuts. Lol. Wow, I can't believe this is actually and finally working for me, for us! I'm on team south, but ALL of u girls rock!! Congratulations on our first week, 6 more to go! :-D0
