Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the chicken breast into strips and brown in PAM Olive Oil. Dice into small pieces when done. Place tortilla on baking sheet sprayed with PAM Olive Oil. Mix Olive Oil with Seasoning and rub over top of tortilla. Add shredded cheese and chicken to top of tortilla. Place in oven and bake for 10 minutes...long enough to melt the cheese. Let sit for two minutes before slicing.
