I'm thinking about doing 30 day shred. But i'd h that like to know more about it before I buy it. I already do C25K. will it interfere with that schedule?

The shred is a 25 minute circuit workout that includes 3 levels that get harder at each level. The idea is that you do each for 10 days. I lost about 10 pounds while doing little more than this. I still use it with other dvds. Great on days where there is little time for exercise. I think it would be fine to do with another workout if you have the time and energy. Good luck!0

I just ordered it, should be here sometime this week!!! Not sure what C25K is, but I go to Zumba classes 3x a week. I plan on doing 30DS in the mornings, and continue my Zumba classes which are at night.0

The 30 day shred will not get in the way. But do shred every other day not every day. Aim for 3-4 times a week and keep the running in there and you should see great results. Make sure your eating is spot on :-)0 -
As soon as it warms up, I'll be doing c25k. It won't interfere, 30 Day Shred is only 20 minutes out of your day. I'm on day 6 of the first level. It's brutal when you start but it does get easier as you go.0

I just bought this yesterday and I am about to go try it! Hopefully it will be good!0

The 30DS is 26 minutes long(warm-up and cool down). You should definitely try it. You don't have to do each level for 10 days. You can do it for 4-5 days.
If you want to try it out before buying it, here is a link to watch it for free: http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/UgpuDex8Iuo/
OR go to your local library and ask if they have it.0 -
I ordered 4 of Jillian's DVD's here on amazon:

They came within 3 days. I want to work up to the 30-day shred so I started with her Yoga. Oh wow, it was amazing - I hurt in all the right places today. It was difficult but I really loved it. I am doing C25K and her DVDs, alternating every other day.0 -
If it makes you feel better, I can tell you that I do both (sort-of). Let me explain. For about a week or two, a couple of weeks back, I did my 30 day shred in the morning. (I love it, and I have seen all sorts of results since doing it!) During that week the weather was super nice outside, so as soon as I had a light morning snack, (on some days after I had a light lunch), I hit the pavement and "attempted" c25k. I stuck it out, but I'm pretty out of shape. What's funny, is that week I got a lot better at it. Unfortunately, then we got more snow/ice and I quit the c25k attempt until the weather got nicer. I'm still doing the shred near daily.

Hi there,
I'm on day 16 of the 30DS and love it. I also do my other exercises on top of it and when I'm done I'll be starting another 2 of her dvd's. Good luck.0
