My Little Successes...so far

I started 2 weeks ago at 238lbs, eating healthier and working out like a madwoman. This week I did 8 MILES on the stationary bike going from resistance 2 to 4 and back down again over 25 minutes. That felt so good!! I also have lost 9 lbs total and 7 1/4 inches overall (measuring bust, waist, hips, arms, thighs, calves) and 2 inches in my waist alone this week. It's all coming together and something finally clicked! Can't wait to post my before and after pics!

  • That's fantastic. Keep a disciplined check in routine (as in don't weigh every day and measure every day) because you will find the daily fluctuations will get disgruntling and break your spirit. I personally do once a week but you can tailor that to whatever keeps you happy. Best of luck and if you need any advice or tips feel free to msg me.
