Hey everyone! Hope you all had a fantastic week! Our weigh - in word for tomorrow is Goals! Maybe when you do your weigh in it'd be nice if you posted a goal (or a few) you have for the week!

I'll start the ball rolling.
My goal for this weeks is I want to drop 3 lbs this week and add weight training to my exercise routine.
This is from my profile:
Starting weight = 288 lbs.
Goal weight = 200 lbs.
Current weight = 264 lbs.
My high weight is 305 lbs. I lost 60 lbs in 8 months by logging my foods and without adding exercise. 2 years later, I have put 40 of those pounds back on (30 in the last 4 months).
I am going to log my meals and add exercise. I already play racquetball and I have added swimming.

Last 2 weeks: 201.5
This week: 200.5 - moving slowly, but moving I always weigh my highest on Monday AM (perhaps that says something about my weekend choices - LOL)
My goal for this week is to run (ok, jog...) a 10 min interval at least once this week - AND up my short intervals up to 7-8mph (they are only a minute long, that won't kill me, right?)0 -

Sadly I have to reort that I am out! I have a gain of 2lbs. this week & I am hoping that it is water weight from starting a new workout program that killed me!
Anyway - good luck to the remaining losers...you guys are doing great!0 -
Maintaining again at 145.6. I am actually thankful for that and not seeing a gain.

Lost another 1.2!!! I'm very excited about this, although I wish I could lose more than that one of these weeks...so this is my plan this week and hopefully it won't backfire on me and throw me out of the competition next week. Next week I will have a TOM weigh in, so either way, I'm probably doomed. LOL.
I'm going to eat no more than 1500 cals per day on the days I exercise and stay 1200 for days I don't. Hopefully I won't be undereating...I'm just not losing very fast while running. Hope it doesn't make me gain!0 -

My shakeology just got here saturday.. and thank goodness it did!! i was up a few lbs during the week, so i would have been out this week, but I was able to get them back off!
My goals are to replace 2 meals a day with shakeology, add more consistant workouts, and to lose at least 5lbs a month until i reach my goal weight = 135 lbs0 -
Oh, goals for the week...just to get through the week. We are moving next weekend so this week will consist of packing, cleaning, then moving. I will try my best to eat within calories but not sure it'll happen. I hope to not gain for next week - that's my goal.0

I think the same thing happened to me...I started classes at the gym that way upped the intensity...muscles have been sore all week; but, I stuck with the exercise....I have to admit I also made some poor choices over the weekend. I think I will weigh in after work at 11:30 this evening and drink a ton of water today...if not, I will be out of the contest as well:sad:0 -
Not much of a loss at all!! I am a little frustrated so this week I am changing up my eating and exercising I think my body is super bored....good luck all

Goals: This isn't necessarily weight-loss related, but I need to move more. I'm a SAHM to a 3 month old and its so easy to sit on the couch and hold him all day (like I am now :blushing: ). I'm entirely too lazy when it comes to housework.0 -

My goals for this week are to stick to 1500 calories every day no matter what I burn (as suggested by my nutritionist). I'll also be shooting for 75-100g of protein, 25 g fiber and less than 2000 sodium. I'll be eating protein with every meal, and I'll be eating smaller meals more often through the day (especially dinner). I'm also planning to get in more cardio. I've been focusing more on strength lately, but now I'm not losing any weight (no measurement changes either). So hopefully adding more cardio back will help. I'm aiming for 250 - 300 minutes of cardio a week (some of this may be circuit training). These are my goals for every week during the month of March. Hopefully this will help me start losing again...
