Hi,

I weigh 15st. And i am not happy about it. I would love to loose 5st. I know it won't be easy and i know it won't be quick. I just can't stick with dieting. I find it hard to find healthy foods and not get bored.

I am pleading for advice and guidance from people who have succesfully done this or is currently on a succesful path to loosing weight. I feel lost.

    I know you wanted "successful" people to reply, but I guess I just wanted to chat. I have been successful at losingw eight in the past, but lately I have been on a plataeu. I've only lost one pound since January, and I am so pissed....and discouraged! I also have a hard time dieting so instead I'm just trying to change the way I eat all together. I think that that's the best thing you could do if you don't stick to diets. Find what kinds of vegetable and fruits you like to eat and start from there. Eat those till you get bored and then see what you could mix them with to get some variety or to make things interesting. I think its really about first finding about what you like, not doing just want is necessary to lose weight cause that gets depressing and boring. Before you know it, you'll quit.
