Hello, I just joined MFP and I'm looking to find a buddy. We can support each other in our weight loss goals! I am just familiarizing myself with this site, and it looks so supportive :smile:

    Just click on the username and you will go to their profile page, where you can add them.

    click on the name above the person's photo (or where it should be) then on their home page click on request friend. . . you all can add me if you would like. .. good luck!
