Just curious... What is your daily calorie goal?

Mine is 1200 total calories. It was preset by the system, and seems to be working so far (after 3 days). What is yours?

Mine is 1200 as well, and so far seems to be working for me0

I always change it up between 1,400-1,500. Plus usually half my exercise calories (or more). I tend to go over a lot tho lol0
-
1310. It works well (if I don't stray).0

Mine was 1200, but I recently changed to maintenance (so 1350 now).0

12200

Normally,1350.On holiday this week,so changed to 1220.0

My Net Goal now is 2400. When I first started it was at 1800. I slowly raised it as I got closer to my weight goal.0
-
1200 but I don't worry if I go over it since I exercise.0
-
1,370......
I do well with it and it works!!!0 -
1,500. I am thinking of changing it to 1,750 to slow down the weight loss just a little.0
-
1,630 Down 50 calories since I lost weight ha0
-
I set mine to 1400. I don't like to eat more than 100 of my exercise calories.0
-
I'm currently at 14900

1200 + whatever I exercise off......high in protein and fiber..... low in sugar (which I almost never achieve but I keep trying).0

1,200 Preset by MFP. It's putting me on pace to meet my goal!0

Mine used to be 1570 set on mfp when I had my lifestyle to active, but I wasn't losing too much so I decided to take it down a notch to partially sedentary so now i'm at 1390, surprisingly that's helped me stay on track i;ve been remaining under my goal with excercise.0

1200 plus exercise calories....0

Mine is set at 1520 and I feel that it's a good number for me. I do okay with this amount on weekdays, but weekends come along and unfortunately, I usually go over. I'm working on changing my weekend habits though!0

Mine was 1280 when I started at 192 lbs, when I reached 182 I readjusted to 1250 so I can maintain the rate of loss. Dr says I should weigh 155???? at 5' 9" 52 years old ha. When I reach 172 I will slowly raise to a sustain count of...... well I haven't figured that out yet but assume 1500 - 1600 cals (as long as I still run)0
-
Mine is 1200 to lose 2lb per week
To lose 1lb a week its 1280 ...so guess it doesn't go below 1200. But I eat between 1200-1500 and Im still losing.0 -
MFP set me at 1200. Typically, what works best for me when I am trying to lose weight is keeping the calories between 1200-1500 every day (and exercising) I don't really try to "eat back" my exercise calories- but I *do* try to eat closer to 1500 on the days I workout and burn a lot.0

Mine is 1330 on here but on Calorie count its 1246. This calorie counting thing is really hard.0

12000

For losing my first 50 pounds at 2# per week I was at 1800 per day. The final 10 pounds I have increased my intake so I only lose 1# a week to 2000. Once I am at my target weight I will go to around 2300-2400. As the weather gets nicer I will also be much more active since I can walk outside and do many things that I prefer for exercise than indoor type activities.0

Mine has been 1200 since starting on 1-1-11. I did change it today to 1350 due to reading some info stating your body needs more calories for a healthy weight loss. I think whatever you find works for you. What works for one may not work for another.0

Mine is 1550. It was slightly lower than that (to lose 1 pound a week) but I increased it to my BMR after I wasn't losing much weight for a couple of months. That seemed to help... according to MFP I should be losing about .8 pounds a week but I am losing more than that. I usually try to eat at least half of my calories added on for exercising as well.0

My goal is set for 1300. I try to stay between 1200-1300 but the last 2 days I was at 1600-1800 ... depending on how hungry I am I might eat some exercise calories but I don't like to force myself to eat.0

1200 preset by MFP. Seems to be working and I'm not hungry.0
