I'm new to the site, but have been using the app on my phone for a few weeks. It seems to be working so far! Im trying to get back to the weight I was about 4 years ago. Im glad to have stumbled upon the site, its seems like everyone is so supportive and support is always good! :smile:

    My daughter Donna just got me started with this program last week and it is nice to see just how much people here care about each others ups and downs. You will do great!!!!!!
