GNC Lean Shake 25

Has anyone used the GNC Lean Shake 25? Does it work? Do you mix it with water or skim milk? Thanks for any experience!!!

    my boyfriend drinks the gnc lean shake and he says it works for him. he also mixes it with fat free milk but says that it still taste good using water. i hope this helps!

    I used it once tasted nasty....I prefer the slimfast. Cheaper, same calories & tastes better.

    Thanks - tried it today mixed with skim...was still pretty think. Made me feel super full/almost bloated. Then all of a sudden I was starving! Going to try with water tomorrow.

    I love it! I get at Sam's Club for $18 for a big tub. I use water and I add in a banana, raspberries and frozen peaches...yum!
