Im picking up a tailors tape measure tonight and going to take all the measurements.
being a man im really only interested in my guts, moobs and my neck as i feel that the my legs and arms are ok.
where exactly do you take the measurements from.

obviously itts best to take your measurements in a consistent place. For my waist, I measure my skinniest part and for my hips I do widest part so its easy to find. My fiance does straight across his belly button, thats obviously a good place for consistency too. He does that, hips, neck and biceps. Biceps always do the same, so either always flex, or always relaxed. Thats good for other areas too i guess. I think thighs would be good too, but thats hard to be consistent, but if you have a good birth mark or scar or something, that may make it easier.0
