stuck

Hey guys,

So ive been on my diet and exercise plan for 2 weeks today. Ive lost a total of about 10 pounds, 9 of which came off in the first week. I need motivation!!! I seem to always do really well and then stop. I would really like to lose 50 pounds by August and i would really appreciate any tips or anything from you guys.

    Don't let it discourage you. Your body is getting used to all the changes. You will do just fine!

    You must be doing something right--no reason to lose encouragement this early on when you are seeing great results. If you want it bad enough---you will stick with it.

    10 pounds is so good! Why get discouraged?? Definitely keep going. Losing more weight is much more rewarding than any food you eat. Just keep thinking that!

    That's right! Just keep up the good work! Even when you don't "feel" like working out, push yourself to do it and you will feel better when you've finished! Drink your water too!
