I'm new here. Not entirely sure how I ended up finding this site, but I am so glad I did. Honestly, I've been reading all the recent posts and trying to figure out what I would write for my first post. Reading all your comments/support makes me feel like I can do this, and this is the right place to start. I'm hoping to meet some people in the same boat as me. I really want to start some new habits to go with my crazy life (kids, hubby, grad school, work ...). Late nights working on the computer, snacking because I'm tired/bored/stressed/etc, and bad exercising habits have all taken root. I've known this for a while. I feel this is the right time to change things around, and I may have found just the right place to start. Let's see how I do!
