Any advice? I don't just want to LOSE weight; I mainly just want to get toned. Good excersises?

    Zumba is awesome!!! Ita like Salsa dancing it can really kick your butt...google it. I bought the dvds as well as the Wii version.
  • I like P90X too....I have Insanity...but that is almost too intense...you have to really want to hurt to do Insanity. P90X and Insanity are both BeachBody.com products (they have several others as well) and they are well designed course with a set time period, exercise routines and nutritional guides.

    Either one will do the trick.....and you have 90 days till 'pool season' is here....good luck.
