Just saw a commercial for the Supreme 90 Day muscle confusion exercise program, looks like a cheap man's version of P90X....anyone familiar with it?
PS...not asking for a commentary on P90X, i know it is a good program. Just wanting info on the one mentioned.

I've never heard of it, but I looked it up online just now. It doesn't say how long each workout is.. but for the price it could be worth trying. I'm curious to know if anyone else has used it also.0

It was on sale at Boscov's this week for $10 so my husband went out and bought it. We are doing P90X right now, but figured for $10, we couldn't go wrong with a little bit of variety. It's not a high-budget workout routine, but it is effective. We just finished their cardio DVD and I sweat more with that in 30 minutes than anything I've done at the gym in a long time, and my heart rate was UP there! The only negative to the DVDs is that the warmup and cooldown are a bit skimpy. I would recommend warming up yourself before starting and doing a little additional cooldown at the end. And the nice thing is that every DVD appears to be approximately 30 minutes. So on days when we are pressed for time and can't commit the full hour for P90X, we can put these in and still get some sort of calorie burn in for the day. For how cheap the program was, you can't go wrong.0

Bobby, I'm doing it, and it is awesome!!!!! I call it the sister to P90X. I started 12 days ago. I was up to 277 lbs. I am now down to 270 and still working it. Do yourself a favore and get it. I've heard it is just as good, if not better, than P90X. It comes with a nice meal plan and everything. I think one of the reason it is so cheap is the packaging doesn't have the bells and whistles that P90 has. It has a little foulder type holder for the DVD's and that it. It will kick your butt the first week, but YOU WILL see results. Good luck!!!!0

I bought it at BBB for $19.99 and have done 2 cardio workouts so far. The Tabata Inferno alone is worth the price of the entire set! I also did Cardio Challenge which I enjoyed. I hope to start with Chest & Back this eve!0
