sugar vs fruit sugar

hi! i always go over my daily sugar allowance because i eat alot of fruit...thoughts??

    I ran into the same problem. I had a "perfect" day where I ate no junk, just fruits, veggies, lean meats, etc. and I was way over on my sugar. I looked and it was because of the fruit so I've decided to ignore it. As long as your under your calorie limit I wouldn't worry.

    I 2nd this. as long as you don't spend all day sitting on the sofa devouring oranges and banana's in order to reach your calorie goal I really don't think you can eat "too much" fruit. I go over on my sugar every day due to fruit.

    I agree with Mamabear. Don't worry if you are under your calories goal. I am usually over too and
    that is from fruit so I don't worry. It's not added sugar just natural sugar.
