Any one have any motivational books that they recommend? Really it can be about anything because I am a reader and will read just about anything but I like books on productivity, running...

Well I just brought The New Abs Diet book yesterday, and I've only read the first couple of pages, but so far it's very interesting.

I just finished a book called "Run Like a Mother" and it was VERY inspirational! All about mothers who run and how they work it in, along with many great tips and ideas. I hope that helps!

Stop The Insanity - Susan Powter, teaches you to respect your body, how to work with it instead of against it. And she is funny, so it is fairly entertaining.

Body For Life by Bill Phillips is great. He has a new one out that I haven't read yet, but I'm sure it's amazing too. It has taught me a lot about how to work out and how to eat, but mostly about how to find some balance and direction in my life.
