ok, I've ordered 30day shred....

so in a momentary laspse I thought it would be a good idea to order the 30day shred,
now I need some advice before I start, anything you think I ought to know,
might help me stick with it,
Following a DVD isn't something I have ever done before, I have just started an hours Zumba class once a week
other than running around after two children under 5, working full time studying for my degree.
I also do between 30-60 minutes on the wii (with weights) 5 evenings a week.

I am expecting to be on the floor after the first 5 minutes (if that)

    To start you only need some weights (i use 3lbs) and a mat. Ive just started level 2, it is tough but if you stick with it it'll get easier. Im only doing the dvd and no other exercise for the 30 days but other people add in or alternate with other workouts. Its so worth it!

    You will enjoy it! Level 3 made me throw up I guess I am not ready for that level. Jillian Michaels is great.

    Its hard, but push through it and its worth it. I struggling with skipping so i do a fast jog instead, if you need to modify the modified moves do it!
